1. Acceptance of Terms
By opting into SMS communications from The Exterior Company, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge compliance with 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations, as well as TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and CTIA guidelines.
2. Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, ongoing promotions, and updates. Message and data rates may apply, subject to your mobile carrier’s plan. Standard messaging rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. You are responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred as a result of receiving SMS messages from us.
3. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time:
- Text STOP to any message you receive.
- After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe by providing explicit consent.
- Need help? Text HELP or contact us at 717-553-0232 or info@theexteriorcompany.com to request removal from our SMS list.
4. Data Privacy & Security
At The Exterior Company, we respect your privacy. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including your phone number, from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Despite our efforts, no security measures are completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Our SMS program is compatible with most major mobile carriers. However, we do not guarantee message delivery on all networks due to factors beyond our control.
6. Prohibited Use

- Use our messages in a manner that violates 10DLC regulations, TCPA, or carrier policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier restrictions, network failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
