When JT King knocked on my door after following up on a previous repair he had done in the neighborhood, I gave him the 5 minutes he was asking for to explain the entire process. Best 5 minute investment I have made in a long, long time.
The inspection, repair and payment process was exactly as JT outlined. The TEC Team who came out to our home was very professional and friendly, often times interacting with my two little boys who were fascinated by the entire repair process. The “icing on the cake” was the clean up. At the end of the day, wind had picked up causing some of the material to blow into my neighbors yards and down the street. Not only did the team clean up everything in my yard but I saw JT walking around the neighborhood and street cleaning everything up. That is true professionalism and a man who keeps his word. Thank you JT. You are a great representative of TEC!
Upon recommendations from my friends and neighbors, we used The Exterior Company (TEC) to replace our roof due to hail damage. We had an incredible experience with JT King, who literally helped with every step of the process, including correspondence with our insurance company, making the claim, contacting the adjuster, and completing inspections. JT answered all of our detailed questions at length and was personable, cordial and extremely quick with his responses. We were also please that JT was willing to work with our schedule requests.
On the day of service, JT and his crew of professionals worked tirelessly from morning til night to complete the replacement in 1 day!! They left the property spotless and left extra materials for our use. Our roof looks amazing and we are discussing further work to our property.
